I've heard that exercising in the morning is best too. However, I read this: [br]http://sportsmedicine.about.com/od/anatomyandphysiology/a/WhenToExercise.htm[br][br]So I guess, it does not matter what time you exercise.

I'm like you - preferring to work out in the morning - as I've got more time for it. Not sure about the air quality though. I think as long as YOU take time out for exercise - and do something that you enjoy doing (walking, lifting weights, etc.) - at whatever time of the day you prefer is the best thing in my opinion. Also, little spouts of exercise that you can fit in during the daytime I've read are good as well - 10 minutes here - 10 minutes there! My favourite exercise - which I don't really think is "exercise" is walking - no special equipment required or club membership! What is your favourite way of exercising Bodytx?

[br]I always take excercise in the afternoon around 5 pm. But yesterday one firend told me that it's better to take excercise in the morning as the air is much better.[br][br]Does anyone know what time is better?[br][br]Thanks[br]
