Just because you are busy at work does not mean that you cannot get in a little excercise.  Here are some helpful hints on how to keep your body in shape while in the workplace: - Take the stairs to the restroom on another floor - Take public transit to work and walk from bus/subway stop to your workplace - Go for a quick walk during your lunch break - and be sure to eat healthy during lunch - Remember to get up and stretch every so often to keep your blood pumping And feel free to try some of these excercises found at the following website throughout the day while at work. http://exercise.about.com/cs/exerciseworkouts/l/blofficeworkout.htm Remember that every bit of movement helps!
