[p]There was a tweet today that caught my eye. I know why it caught my eye-- imagine wearing a bracelet that has all your health informaton, emergency contacts and more. The iBracelet is a great idea. I would love to have my diabetes information stored on 1 database for EMT's to be able to view incase of an emergency. I am not always with people who understand how to treat a high or low; I'm not sure if they understand diabetes in general. I know I would be a little worried if I was caught in an emergency situation with them around. I know we try to manage diabetes to the best of our ability but Diabetes is a day by day thing, 1 day your bg's (blood glucose levels) can be ok but it only takes 1 low or high number to land you a trip to the ER. Here is the article 'Invisible Bracelet' for Emergency health alerts. [/p][p]What are your thoughts? Would you buy one? [/p]
