Hi John Kuhnemund! Noticed you've been posting some interesting stuff here at Diabetes1.org - but hoping eventually you respond back to the posts you make here. Trying to get YOUR inside story here - your OWN words - and not so much a sales pitch.[br]

Are you aiming your productrs at diabetics who don't have medical insurance in the USA - to go to a doctor who will help them with their T2D? Sometimes it's not a simple fix of way of eating/exercise to help them bring their A1C down and your tips could potentially harm. There can be other underlying problems that maybe be required that a medical practitioner may have to be seen.

Also, hy do you state that " Diabetics Using Metformin and Insulin Have Higher Risk of Complications and Death Than Those Taking Other Anti-Diabetic Drugs " on your Facbook site?

Again, I don't think that some of your statements apply to ALL Type 2 diabetics - it all depends on their health at the time (they already had high blood pressure???) - so don't feel you can specifically state that.

As someone who has Type 1 diabetes - and on insulin since '67 - so far - I don't have any probs associated with using insulin. And I know of a study currently taking place that involves Metformin and insulin being taken to control T1D's blood sugars - resulting in better A1C's. One T1D mates is part of this study and has seen amazing results.

Hope to have a friendly discussion here with you - warning - it will be broadcast on Facebook and Twitter
