Yes, I completely agree with you Arlen, in order to lose and keep the body fit and fine, its important to keep doing regular exercised and also to have control on the diet.

Exercise create you more happy and more comfortable than you were before you exercised,
the more calorie consumption you get rid of, and create simpler to keep your weight under control...

Hello, this is my first post here. I just thought I would share with everyone what I feel is good food to bring with you on bike rides. Obviously bananas are really good to have on you and will keep your sugar levels up. One thing I always have on me when I do 40+ mile bike rides is Shot Bloks. Theyre made by Clif (of Clif bars). Theyre a lot less messy than bananas and theyre really easy to stick in your cycling jersey pockets. You can also buy ones with caffiene in them.
