If you've read my blog on my recent travels to warmer weather during Canada's long winter months - you'll maybe relate to this .... I'm sort of feeling abit down with not having warmth blessing my skin at the moment along with the ability to walk without being wrapped up like a mummy in order to stay warm.

To top it off, housework ... you go away ... and the cats will play (or whatever animals / maybe teens left behind in your home) ... have left abit of a mess.

To get me going on getting things done, I've got the windows open in the basement (it's only -3C today) - getting some fresh air in ... and Latino music is blaring out from my speakers. I swear the neighbours will wonder if I have a club going on in my house.

Do I care? Nope. Just feeling blood flowing thru' my veins as I prance around like a crazed woman on drugs (wait - I'm on legal ones ... insulin LOL). I even strapped on a pair of high heeled shoes to do a few hip movements. I'm feeling the warmth coming into my body and it's taking away the winter blues ... at least temporarily.

One site I can recommend for music to workout to is Workout Music Tv at YouTube. Maybe you'll not be into Latino like I am, but more into other types of music compliations they have to get you into the groove or becoming active (or like now, I'm listening to it as I type this out .... woaw ... I think I'm typing at least 200 words per minute).

Off to prance around and dust .... adios amigos ....
