    So Cindy - how are you doing with your plan to do more exercise and eating less cheese?  I have to admit, I love cheese (I think I must be part mouse) - but I try to eat a small amount - usually with a cheese slicer on my toast in the morning for breakfast - since it slows down the breakdown of the carbs from the bread and does not make my blood sugar (BG) go to wacky.  I have a friend who eats LOTS of cheese - and I sometimes wonder about their cholesterol (she's not diabetic).

    As far as exercise goes, I'm VERY bad these days during the week.  Busy with work, but on the w/e's I try to be more active.  What kind of exercise are you doing?  I've thought of joining up to a Zumba class here in Montreal in the fall time - I like music - it makes me happy - and I enjoy dancing abit - so it'll make exercising more enticing to me I feel.
