          Aromatherapy is an antiode for relieving stress and aromatherapy can reduce the effects of diabetes. Cinnamon essestial oil is one of the strongest aromatherapies with anti-clotting, antiinflammatory, antimicrobial medicinal properties. Cinnamon essential oil reduce blood sugar levels and reduce stress. Rose essential oil is effective with its calming effect with its antidepressant, antibacterial medicinal properties. Diabetes can really benefit from using essential oils. The aromatic blends such as pepperment and lavender, roman chamomile and lavender, rose oil and lavender provide a soothing relaxing feeling also help with headaches, nervous tension and blood sugar levels. Aromatherapy is not a cure, but it is a natural holistic practice used by many diabetes. It is a good idea to experiment with the different essential oils. You might create a aromatic blend that works for you only. For instance, peppermint and lavender aromatic blend helps with muscular tension and lavender and roman chamomile reduces tension. Aromatherapy dates back to the Romans and Greeks ancient practices of aroma baths and essential oil massages.
