I went shopping and a woman was giving out samples of Atkins Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars. I took a bite and I liked it instantly. I looked at the Atkins box and the each bar was high in protein and 1 gram o sugar. I thought this is a great snack for people with diabetics. Actually diabetics can eat a Atkins bar for breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is a chocolate caramel flavor with high protein and only 1gram of sugar. In fact, eating a Atkins bar can lower and stabilize blood sugar levels and the Atkins bar can satisfy a craving. I bought a box at Sam's Club and I use the bars as a snack.
