    Attached is a link to the letter diabetic and Massachusetts writer Jim Hirsch wrote to Ray Allen of the Boston Celtics.  For those of you who do not know, while many of us Bostonians were enjoying the rebirth of our beloved Celtics, one of our star players, Ray Allen, was finding out his toddler son has diabetes.  Jim Hirsch's son was also diagnosed - at the age of 3. 

    So this is Jim's letter to Ray ...
