I also like the shape of the meter as well. Fits nicely in the palm of your hands.

Meter has nice screen with decent backlight. This is by far the most easy to use portable meter today.

When I was diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes 5 years ago, I was handed a pile of information from my doctor. Included was a coupon for a free blood glucose monitor, and needless to say at the time I didn't know left from right about monitors. Plus, free is good, isn't it? I discovered that free isn't always the greatest option. After fighting around with coding, lancets and testing strips for years, I found the One Touch Ultra 2. Boy has it been easier for me to test since then. Being a needlework fanatic, I found that only having my fingertips as an option for testing was becoming a hassle. Now with my One Touch Ultra 2, not only do I have the choice of multiple testing sites, but the wait time for results and sample sizes are making the world of difference in my testing schedule.
