This is the machine I use every day now because it is the easiest I have come accross ina while. I work in a hospital so I am fortunate enough to get many offers to try different machines and I was glad I gave the Active a shot. I like the Active because it is small and I am able to download the results to my computer to see my week long averages. I am also very impressed with the Accu-Chek customer service as I had to call them the first time I wanted to transfer the data to my computer and was lost. The person I spoke with couldn't have been more helpful as she walked me through the steps. Overall I highly recommend this product.
