    Hi Diabetes1,

    I found an article, telling something about type 2 diabetes, and can you treat that type of diabetes

    It’s important to keep your blood sugar controlled, because when too much sugar stays in your blood for a long time, it can damage blood vessels and nerves.

    Much of the food we eat is turned into sugar in the blood for our bodies to use for energy. A hormone produced by the pancreas called insulin helps sugar in our blood get into the cells of our bodies. If your body doesn’t make enough insulin or if the insulin doesn’t work the way it should, blood sugar can’t get into your cells and instead stays in your blood, raising your blood sugar level.

    Management of your type 2 diabetes includes:

    • Using your medicines exactly as your doctor prescribes
    • Making smart food choices
    • Being physically active

    All 3 of these steps contribute to blood sugar management and therefore the management of your type 2 diabetes. Managing your type 2 diabetes is a goal whose importance is hard to exaggerate.

    I like this article, but I just wanty to make sure, What actually diabetes type 2 is about?

    Let me give you brief definition for Diabetes type 2.

    "Type 2 is type of situation or condition in which our body does not make enough insulin where it supposed to be, and the insulin produce by our body is not work well enough, where it should be in our body. That means our body just make too much sugar, which create serious mediacal problem in our body because sugar builds up in Blood."

    Suggestion to level your diabetes type 2 level:

    1. Check your sugar level regularly

    2. Make sure it should be at normal level

    3. Keep excercising

    4. Check your medical condition regularly
